"Love The One You're With" is the third episode of the ninth season of Grey's Anatomy and the 175th produced episode of the series. It is also the 276th produced episode of the Grey's Anatomy franchise. It was broadcast on October 18, 2012.

The survivors of the plane crash must make an impossible decision; whether or not to take a settlement or find out what caused the plane crash that changed their lives forever. As Meredith and Derek wrestle with their choice, Callie struggles to get Arizona to voice an opinion as she continues to struggle with her amputation, and her resentment of her wife. April returns to Seattle, which causes complications for Jackson, while Cristina tries to adjust to her new working environment and Alex tries to keep a safe distance between himself and his intern, Jo.
