In order to stress cooperation and teamwork, Owen enters the doctors into a softball league where they will compete against Seattle Presbyterian but finds but the doctor's personal complications interfere with their sucsess. Bailey and Meredith's interpersonal tension increases while Lexie grows jealous when she learns Mark is dating a doctor on the opposing team. Meanwhile, Alex fights to keep Zola at the hospital after the courts try to move her to another hospital.
