A cataclysmic event rattles the doctors of Seattle Grace as Callie, on the verge of a life changing moment with Arizona, finds her life in danger and begins to envison the hospital and her colleagues in a way she never has before. The aftermath of the car crash forces the issues between Mark and Arizona as they nervously await the doctors attempts to save Callie's life. Meanwhile, the situation brings Teddy and Cristina into conflict and Lexie tries to support Mark through the ordeal.
