As Katie's trial commences, Violet wrestles with whether or not she can face her attacker and testify against her; a struggle complicated by her conflicting personal and profressional views on Katie's mental stability while Pete tries to distance himself from Violet. Meanwhile, Charlotte's determination to let Sam and Addison join Oceanside Wellness causes conflict between her and Cooper and the practice struggles when a complication with Naomi's former patients who's embryos where switches threatens both fetuses.
